Join Mel McLaughlin for her signature YIN TONIC™ Masterclass — a special extended Yin Yoga experience designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
This beautiful workshop blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupressure, breath awareness, and gentle Myofascial Release techniques. Together, we’ll explore practices that encourage relaxation, release tension, and support a sense of balance and wellbeing.
