How to Dress for Hot, Vinyasa, or Yin Yoga Classes

Light, breathable clothing that you feel comfortable moving and sweating in. Think yoga-friendly, not fashion show.

Booking Your Yoga Class – Do You Need to Reserve in Advance?

Yes please! Classes can fill up, so booking through our website or app is the best way to secure your spot.

What Time Should I Arrive for My Yoga Class?

We encourage everyone to arrive around 10–15 minutes before class so you have time to settle in. If it’s your first time with us, try to come a little earlier so we can show you around and help you feel at home.

Are Your Yoga Classes Suitable for Beginners?

Absolutely. Every class is beginner-friendly, and our teachers will guide you at a pace that feels right for you. Remember, you can always take breaks on your mat whenever you need.

What Temperature Can I Expect in a Hot Yoga Class?

Our Hot Yoga classes are heated to around 35°C, creating a warm, detoxifying sweat.

Warm Vinyasa Flow classes sit at a gentler 30°C - cozy, nurturing, and a beautiful way to enjoy the benefits of heat without it feeling too intense.

Most other classes - such as Yin Yoga; Flow, Roll and Release; and Prenatal Yoga - run at room temperature, so there's something for every mood and every body.

Is Hot Yoga the same as Bikram Yoga?

While Bikram Yoga follows a fixed sequence of 26 postures practised in a heated room, our Hot Yoga classes offer a more varied and creative approach to movement, breath, strength, and mobility - while still providing the benefits of practising in heat.

Do you offer Bikram Yoga?

We don't teach traditional Bikram Yoga, but our heated classes provide a modern and more adaptable approach to hot yoga practice.

At yogafusion, our heated classes are designed to help students build strength, improve flexibility and mobility, increase body awareness, and develop a deeper connection to breath and presence - all within the supportive environment of a heated room. Rather than repeating the same sequence every class, our teachers create thoughtfully structured experiences that allow for variety, creativity, and accessibility across different levels of experience.

For students searching for hot yoga in Adelaide, this offers many of the benefits people associate with Bikram-style practice - including heat, challenge, focus, and a strong physical practice - while allowing for a broader and more contemporary approach to movement and teaching.

Can I Eat Before a Yoga Class?

We suggest avoiding heavy meals right before practice. A light snack an hour or two beforehand is usually fine though.

How to Stay Safe If You Feel Overheated in Hot or Vinyasa Classes

It happens! Simply rest by sitting or lying down on your mat. Take deep breaths, sip some water, and rejoin when you’re ready.

Do You Offer Yoga Memberships or Multi-Class Passes?

Yes! From Direct Debit memberships to Unlimited Passes; or Multi-class Packs to single-class drop-ins, we’ve got options to suit every yogi.

Sharing Your Yoga Experience – Can Friends Join?
