- The Studio opens 15 mins prior to class start; new students are expected to arrive 15 mins early for registration.
- Yogafusion reserves the right to refuse entry
- Classes start on time & the door is locked 1 minute prior to the beginning of class for safety & security. No late entry is permitted
- Reserved spots are released 5 mins before class starts to others waiting, so please arrive no later than 5 mins before class to keep your place.
- Cancellation policies apply. You can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts without charge. Cancelling within the 4 hours before class incurs either 3 days being deducted from your unlimited pass, loss of class from your class pack or a $5 charge to your credit card if on direct debit.
- All passes and memberships are non–refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared (30 fusion flexi can be shared)
- All expiry dates are to be honored; Students assume responsibility for their pass/membership validity.
- Class passes may be extended for medical reasons only with supporting documentation from a treating physician, outlining dates of inability to attend before the pass is extended. No back dated suspensions are permitted.
- Off peak passes may not be extended and are not to be used in conjunction with other passes.
- yogafusion is not responsible for the safe keeping of your belongings
- Every possible effort is made to deliver classes on time as scheduled, however the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and may be redeemed for class passes, memberships or merchandise. All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be honoured by yogafusion.
- All fees/prices include 10% GST
- It is our intention to keep our fees reasonable however fees may increase from time to time to reflect the increase in the costs of delivering a state of the art studio and services to you.
Unlimited Membership Policies
- 1 month unlimited may be suspended for ONE time only for minimum 7 days maximum 10 days.
- 3 month unlimited memberships may be suspended ONE time only for minimum 7 days, maximum 30 days.
- 12 month memberships may be suspended twice - minimum 7 days maximum 30 days each time.
- Suspensions will not be put in place without prior notice in writing to info@yogafusion.com.au stating the suspension dates.
- No backdated suspensions are permitted.
Contract Policies

- Requests for suspensions or cancellations must be provided in writing to info@yogafusion.com.au a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the required suspension dates.
- No backdated suspensions are permitted.
- Flexi iYogi Membership is not a fixed contract but we do require a minimum 2 month commitment.
- Dedicated Yogi Membership is a 12 month contract. Early cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee and require a payment of 20% of the remaining contract amount.
- Convenient fortnightly automatic credit card payments.
- Pause memberships for holidays in weekly blocks each year - Dedicated Yogis can pause twice for between 7 and 30 days each year, FlexiYogis can pause in weekly blocks for a total of 4 weeks each year.
