The Studio opens 15 mins prior to class start; new students are expected to arrive 15 mins early for registration.
Classes start on time & the door is locked 1 minute prior to the beginning of class for safety & security. No late entry is permitted
Reserved spots are released 5 mins before class starts to others waiting, so please arrive no later than 5 mins before class to keep your place.
Cancellation policies apply. You can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts without charge. Cancelling within the 4 hours before class can result in either loss of class from your class pack or a $6.50 charge to your credit card if on a direct debit or membership.
Every possible effort is made to deliver classes on time as scheduled, however the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
It is our intention to keep our fees reasonable however fees may increase from time to time to reflect the increase in the costs of delivering a state of the art studio and services to you.

Minimum age to practice is 17 years old
All passes and memberships are non–refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared (excepting the 30 Fusion Flexi, which is allowed to be shared)
All expiry dates are to be honored; Students assume responsibility for their pass/membership validity.
Class passes may be extended for medical reasons only with supporting documentation from a treating physician, outlining dates of inability to attend before the pass is extended. No back dated suspensions are permitted.
1 month unlimited may be suspended for one time only for minimum 7 days maximum 10 days.
3 month unlimited memberships may be suspended one time only for minimum 7 days, maximum 30 days.
12 month memberships may be suspended twice - minimum 7 days maximum 30 days each time.

Dedicated Yogi Membership is a 12 month contract. Early cancellations can incur a $50 cancellation fee and require a payment of 20% of the remaining contract amount.
Flexi Yogi Membership is not a fixed contract but we do require a minimum 3 month commitment.
Pause memberships for holidays in weekly blocks each

Payments are made fortnightly by automatic direct debt.
Off-peak passes are valid for 7.30pm classes Mon-Thus and 4pm Sunday only
Off-peak passes may not be extended and are not to be used in conjunction with other passes.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and may be redeemed for class passes, memberships or merchandise. All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be honoured by yogafusion.
Booking Confirmation – To secure your booking, we require a 25% deposit of the total hire fee, payable via bank transfer (details will be provided upon confirmation).
Final Payment – The balance of your hire fee is due at least 15 days before your event date.
Minimum Hire Period – Bookings are available for a minimum of two hours.
Booking Hours – Your hire period includes check-in and check-out time. Please plan accordingly to allow for set-up and pack-down.
More than 1 Month’s Notice – If you cancel more than one month before your event, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Less than 1 Month’s Notice – Cancellations made within one month of your booking date will forfeit the deposit.
Within 7 Days – Cancellations made within seven days of the booking date will be charged the full hire fee (if not already paid in advance).
Our spaces are available for events that align with the values and atmosphere of Yogafusion.
We do not hire for parties or events that may disrupt the peaceful environment or impact our relationship with our landlord.
All events must be safe, legal, and respectful of our studio community.
We encourage you to promote your event to your own audience in whatever way works best for you.
While we’re unable to advertise or market your event, we’re happy to provide room descriptions, photos, and details for your promotional use.
Please leave the room as you found it – clean, tidy, and ready for the next booking.
Any damage or excessive cleaning required after your event may result in additional charges.
Please use the provided facilities responsibly and avoid affixing items to walls or mirrors without prior approval.
Available facilities vary depending on the room. For example:
Studio equipment (e.g., yoga mats, props, chairs) is available for use only if agreed upon at the time of booking.
Please return any borrowed items to their original location before leaving.
The hirer is responsible for the safety and conduct of all attendees.
No smoking, alcohol, or illicit substances are permitted on the premises.
Please keep noise levels considerate of other studio activities and our neighbours.
By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms in this Hiring Policy & Agreement.
