Our full yoga class timetable includes morning yoga classes from 6:30am and 9:30am, afternoon classes from 4:30pm and 6:00pm, and evening yoga classes including 6:30pm yin and 7:30pm power yoga sessions. On weekends, we also offer a full schedule of morning yoga classes each day, plus a 4:00pm afternoon class (4:00pm Yin Yoga on Saturdays and 4:00pm Hot Yoga on Sundays). Classes run across weekdays and weekends, with variations on public holidays.
At yogafusion, we generally offer two morning yoga class times during the week to support both early risers and those who prefer a slightly later start. Most weekdays include a 6:30am morning yoga class and a 9:30am morning yoga class, giving you flexible options to fit yoga into your routine before work or during the morning.
On public holidays, our schedule is slightly reduced and we typically offer only the 9:30am morning yoga class.
These morning sessions are designed to help you start the day with movement, breathwork, and focus, whether you prefer an energising early practice or a more relaxed mid-morning class.
The afternoon yoga classes at yogafusion are designed to support movement, strength, and flexibility later in the day, offering a balance between energising and restorative options.
Most weekdays include a 4:30pm yoga class, which is typically a more energising practice such as power yoga or vinyasa yoga. These classes are a great option if you’re finishing work early or want to move and reset before the evening.
We also generally offer a 6:00pm class, which is usually a power-based session such as hot yoga or vinyasa flow, focused on building strength, improving mobility, and helping you unwind through movement and breath.
On some evenings, the 6:00pm class may instead be a gentler offering such as yin yoga or prenatal yoga, providing a slower, more restorative option depending on the timetable and community needs.
Class styles may vary slightly depending on the day, so we recommend checking the current timetable for the most up-to-date afternoon class schedule.
Our evening classes are popular for those looking for after work yoga in Adelaide and are designed to support both energy and recovery after the day, with a focus on accessible after-work practice times.
Most weekdays include a 7:30pm evening yoga class, which is typically a power-based practice such as vinyasa or hot yoga. These classes are offered as off-peak sessions, providing a more affordable way to practice yoga in the evening while still maintaining a strong, high-quality class experience. They are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reset the body and mind at the end of the day.
We also offer a 6:30pm yin yoga class on selected evenings. These sessions are slow, floor-based practices focused on deep stretching, relaxation, and nervous system recovery, making them an ideal counterbalance to a busy or physically demanding day.
In addition, specialty evening sessions such as Flow, Roll & Release may also be scheduled on certain days. This class combines gentle yoga flow with myofascial release techniques to support mobility and release tension.
Class styles and times may vary slightly depending on the day, so we recommend checking the current timetable for the most up-to-date evening class schedule.
yogafusion's weekend yoga classes are designed to give you more flexibility to slow down, reset, or build strength, with a full schedule of morning and afternoon sessions across both Saturday and Sunday.
Each weekend day typically includes two morning yoga classes, offering a choice between an earlier energising practice and a later morning session. These classes are ideal for maintaining a consistent yoga practice while still enjoying a relaxed weekend rhythm.
On Saturdays, we also offer a 4:00pm Yin Yoga class. This slow, floor-based practice focuses on deep stretching, relaxation, and nervous system recovery, making it a perfect way to unwind after the week.
On Sundays, the 4:00pm class is typically a Hot Yoga session, designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support a full-body reset before the start of a new week.
Class styles and times may vary slightly depending on the week, so we recommend checking the current timetable for the most up-to-date weekend yoga schedule.
