What’s Included in Your Prenatal & Baby Yoga Intro Pass?

Two Prenatal or Parents & Baby Yoga classes

Use your two classes across our Prenatal Yoga and Parents & Baby Yoga sessions, depending on where you are in your journey

Support for your changing body

Our classes are designed to help you move, breathe and build strength in ways that support your body through pregnancy and the postnatal period.

A welcoming space for new parents

You don’t need to have practised yoga before. Our classes are beginner-friendly, supportive and centred around moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Connect with your baby

Prenatal Yoga provides time to slow down and connect with your growing baby, while Parents & Baby Yoga creates opportunities for movement, bonding and connection after birth.

Meet other mums and parents

Yoga is also about community. Our classes provide a relaxed space to meet other parents who are sharing a similar stage of life.

Prenatal Yoga

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are designed specifically for pregnancy, from 12 weeks through to full term.

Classes combine gentle movement, strengthening, mobility, breathwork and relaxation to help you feel more comfortable and confident as your body changes. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, you’re welcome.

Prenatal Yoga can be a wonderful way to make time for yourself, connect with your baby and prepare your body and mind for birth.

Parents & Baby Yoga

Once your baby arrives, you can continue your yoga journey with our Parents & Baby Yoga classes.

These gentle, beginner-friendly classes combine modified yoga movements, stretching and breathwork with time to connect and play with your baby. There’s no need for your little one to sit quietly through the whole class — feeding, cuddling, changing and settling your baby are all part of the experience.

It’s a chance to move your body, rebuild strength after birth, spend meaningful time with your baby and connect with other new parents.

One Pass, Two Stages of Your Journey

Your Prenatal & Postnatal Intro Pass can be used for both Prenatal Yoga and Parents & Baby Yoga.

So you can begin during pregnancy and continue your practice after your baby arrives — or simply use the two classes in whichever stage you’re currently in.
