Hot Yoga


This is yogafusion's signature class, a Hatha style of yoga which originates from Calcutta India. In hot yoga, practitioners move through a series of postures, or asanas, in a heated room, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance while also helping to detoxify the body and calm the mind.

Warm Yoga Flow


A style of yoga that focuses on synchronizing the breath with movement. It is also referred to as “flow yoga” due to its fluid, continuous and dynamic movements. This style of yoga is one of the most popular and widely practiced forms of yoga around the world.

Yin Yoga


Yin to balance the Yang.

Yin yoga focuses on passively holding poses for several minutes to increase flexibility and promote mindfulness. This practice is characterized by its slow, meditative pace and the use of props such as blankets, blocks, and straps to support the body in each posture.

Flow, Roll & Release


This class offers a harmonious blend of yin and yang yoga, incorporating elements of myofascial release for a deeply restorative experience. Centered around the Chinese meridians, we’ll delve into fascial trains to both energize the body and release built-up tension. Expect a mindful practice that balances relaxation and revitalization, leaving you feeling refreshed and connected.

Prenatal Yoga


Join our welcoming and supportive classes designed especially for mums-to-be, starting from 12 weeks of pregnancy all the way to full term. New mums are warmly invited to join our postnatal sessions as well. Whether you’re a yoga enthusiast or a complete beginner, no prior yoga experience is needed — we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Come along and nurture your body and mind in a relaxed and friendly environment.
