This 5-week course is designed to help you step out of overwhelm, calm a busy mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.
Blending mindfulness meditation, body-based awareness, and self-compassion practices, each 75 minute session offers practical tools to support emotional balance, reduce stress, and build resilience in everyday life.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
Over 5 weeks you will:
- Develop simple techniques to calm the nervous system
- Learn how to work with overthinking and mental busyness
- Build awareness of emotions without becoming overwhelmed
- Cultivate a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself
