Finding Support Through Change
Perimenopause and menopause are natural stages of life, but they can also bring unexpected physical and emotional challenges. From hot flushes and sleep disturbances to mood changes and brain fog, many women find themselves navigating this transition with more questions than answers.
The good news is that you don’t have to do it alone.
At yogafusion, we’re hosting Mindfully Managing Menopause, an afternoon designed to provide practical knowledge, expert guidance, and supportive conversation in a welcoming environment.
Led by women’s health experts Dr Heather Waterfall, Kat Warr, and Lauren Reval, this informative session explores what’s happening in the body during perimenopause and menopause, along with evidence-based strategies to help you feel your best.
During the workshop you’ll learn about:
- The physical and hormonal changes that occur during menopause.
- Practical ways to manage common symptoms.
- The role of movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle in supporting wellbeing.
- How to navigate this stage of life with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes, currently experiencing menopause, or simply want to be prepared for what’s ahead, this workshop offers a safe space to ask questions, connect with others, and leave feeling informed and empowered.
