Monday June 3rd is our next “Let’s Explore” class.
"The Present Moment," we hear that often in a yoga class. "Be in the now." How do we do that?
In the next Let's Explore class the discussion will be focused on past, present, and future. We will explore postures that guide and land us into the now and Sue will also guide you through a present moment meditation practice.
Class will include movement, discussion, practice and time for questions.
