Monday July 8th is our next “Let’s Explore” class.
Is yoga just a physical practice?
In the next Let's Explore class we will take a shallow dive into the 8 limb yogic path particularly looking at Saucha ( purity ). We will pick 1-2 postures of your choice to explore in more depth and practice a deep relaxation to purify energy.
Class will include movement, discussion, practice and time for questions.
Please bring a note book and pen if you wish to take notes. Look forward to exploring with you.
