As we emerge from the deep rest and stillness of winter, the seeds of our intentions begin to stir beneath the surface, ready to awaken. Spring is a time of renewal, growth, and fresh energy—a season that invites us to clear out the old and welcome the new. It’s a powerful opportunity to reflect, detoxify, and make space for new intentions to blossom.
What You’ll Experience
In this Yin Yoga workshop, we will gently work with the body’s fascial network—training the inner and outer seams—to restore fluidity, ease, and connection throughout the body. Through long-held postures and mindful stillness, we create space for peace to arise and energy to flow freely.
Awaken your energy
This season is governed by the Liver and Gallbladder meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which are associated with the smooth flow of qi (life force) and the body’s natural detoxification processes. By stimulating these energy lines through targeted Yin poses, we support the body’s innate capacity to release what no longer serves us and embrace a clearer, more balanced state of being.
Join us to align with the energy of spring, release stagnation, and plant the seeds for a season of vibrant growth—inside and out.
