- 1 hour discussion on philosophy, methodology, technique and practice of meditation from the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Tantra and Vedanta.
- 90 minute traditional Hatha Yoga practice with Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra.
- Leave with the tools and techniques to cultivate a regular personal meditation practice.
