Traditional Yoga

Used as a way to still the mind, control energy in the body and cultivate the remembrance of the higher Self, this class is based on the Sri Vidya lineage and links the traditions of yoga, meditation and tantra to leave you feeling calm, centred & connected.

Each class will include:

  • Asana (yoga postures)
  • Pranayama (breath control)
  • Meditation

The asana practice is based on developing steadiness and spaciousness in the body while keeping the mind clam and expanding. This will lead to a deeper and more profound meditation experience at the end of class.

The Monday evening class will be practiced at room temperature, while Wednesday and Saturday mornings the room will be heated to 32 degrees.

Suitable for all levels, especially those who wish to begin at a lower temperature.
